peanut butter cookie advice

katekatA word to the wise: Do not over mix your peanut butter cookie batter. The fluffier the batter, the dryer the cookie. If I hadn't put chocolate chips in the mix they'd simply disintegrate into sugary crumbs.

Date: 2005-04-09 06:10 am (UTC)Well, 2 out of 2 members of this house agree that all cookies are edible as long as they have sugar, butter, flour and vanilla in them (although it never hurts to have chocolate). So yeah, totally edible! Just awfully crumbly. Probably we'll just be drinking excess milk to go with 'em.
