peanut butter cookie advice

A word to the wise: Do not over mix your peanut butter cookie batter. The fluffier the batter, the dryer the cookie. If I hadn't put chocolate chips in the mix they'd simply disintegrate into sugary crumbs.

if you're into good baking smells at all I highly advise trying - they're particularly yummy. Ok, I admit, I have a soft spot for cookies in general.

Thanks for that! The last batch of p-butter cookies i made was from a little packet that only required the addition of water and oil *grin*.

At least you did add the chocolate chips, tho! I'm assuming the cookies were edible?

Well, 2 out of 2 members of this house agree that all cookies are edible as long as they have sugar, butter, flour and vanilla in them (although it never hurts to have chocolate). So yeah, totally edible! Just awfully crumbly. Probably we'll just be drinking excess milk to go with 'em.

LOL! There's nothing wrong with drinking milk with your cookies. I'm also glad to know you have such discerning tastes when it comes to cookies ;)

well, occasionally I'm picky - but cookies are kind of like that line about pizza & sex - even when it's bad it's still good.
