31 totally random icons ... it'll be my last icon post for a while

I don't know about you kids, but I'm getting a little stale on the icon thing.  So this will be my last icon post for a bit (not graphics - I seem to still like those) but icons. 

The idea with this set was to capture the space in between... I'm not sure if it totally worked.  You tell me.

Wonderful as usual. I really like how you've done 13 because the framing makes them appear closer. The use of space works so well in many of them to give this illusion. Well done.

thank you lady, for the encouragement! I was wondering if these even looked halfway decent - it was really hard to work within my established boundaries and try to get interesting things. I did something i've never done before and deleted icons before posting 'em. I'm still not 100% on all of 'em, but truly glad for your feedback.

Well, what I said was they're gorgeous, as always, though more of them don't work for me than do. But 1 and 27-30 are excellent. And i was hoping to get a version of 25 without the "Spike & Tara" bit.

Nine and sixteen are fantastic and I wish I had use for them.

I also like a few of the others although I think some would have been nicer if they'd been a bit more centered. 11, 15, and 21, specifically.

And Spara? Weirdo.

and thanks for the lovely feedback - I think i get what you're saying about the recentering (although in some cases, the base pick was flawed in a way that made it not work to do that) ... and in part this is why I think i need to take a break. :)

I saw Chance at a Con where Amber did a screening of it. I thought it was really good. Andy Hallett was adorable in it, and I loved James in it. Such a different role from Spike. They were really cute together in the movie. It has a distributor now, so you can probably find a copy of it.

I really like this set! I grabbed a bunch: #1, 2, 4, 6, 11, 14, 22, and 23. All of them are lovely, interesting crops or angles on photos and caps. Sorry to hear you'll be taking iconing time off, because I like your work lots, but I hope that you have fun working on other graphics (and feel inspired to make more icons soon *g* see how I slipped that in?).

I really love these icons a lot, and I love that you have a theme going on here too. The space between certainly works very well - it means totally different things across the different icons.
