BeeGee_Icontest - B/G Icons

Hey all, if you haven't heard of it/been there, I'm going to be modding beegee_icontest for a little while for mrsdrake.  I know a bunch of you are exceptionally talented icon makers, just waiting to try your hand at Buffy, Giles, and/or Buffy/Giles together...

So if you're looking for a cool award banner... I'm making 'em now... All you have to do is enter a couple of icons and win...

ok, i'm sorry, every other week.

I apparantly need to learn common time keeping expressions.

Oh, goody. So I can have a weekend to play with things instead of having to go, "Shit, it's Friday and midnight my time, therefore it's about....10am EST in the US...I should be able to get my icons in before the 10pm deadline. Hooray!"

Because when challenges are weekly, it makes some fun with me being in a totally different timezone.

And now I shall EEE with glee about doing Buffy/Giles stuff. Because that's awesome and different from Doctor Who.

Not only 1 weekend, but I'm pretty sure you have two! (since it's not due till 2 Sunday from now). And I have the same exact problems. Plus, I'm terrified I'm not going to be able to spend enough time on the new challenges if I don't have the weekend to prepare 'em!

Ohyesand, I had a discussion with one of my friends about bi-weekly -- and it's a 50/50 thing - it can mean once every two weeks or twice in one week.

She came up with a couple of terms that can mean once every two weeks, but they wound up sounding like gynecological things for TMI posts.

Or, you could just say "the challenges are fortnightly. ":p

Ok, we're all in enough fear of the gyno, don't need to be threated with words that sound like it. And boy would I confuse so many with the fortnightly!! I'd have everyone running to dictionary.com just to check. Although supposedly bi-monthly is supposed to work too, and semi-monthly, and semi-weekly.

I'm just posting the date in the future. :D
