I'm not in this comm but what I always love to see (and can use the most) are icons. Then banners.
The banners for fics are a good idea too.

You can't ask a question like that and not allow an 'all of the above' option. It's really unfair, and kind of mean, since Kate + Xander = Gloriousness

Anything you do is of the awesome! Your picspams are unlike anything I've ever seen by anyone else - they're just incredibly beautiful and dazzling. The movie posters KICK SERIOUS ASS. Your icons are like miniaturized portraits - always superb color and gradation. *blissful sigh*

That said, I know I'm always on the lookout for Xander banners. Or Xander/Cordy. Or Xander/Riley. or Xander/Ninth Doctor. Or...
