So, by this time tomorrow I will be done with my papers.  I may have a lingering translation hanging around, but ... I will be DONE. 

Now, the bad news - I didn't get a TAship for next semester.  I don't know where i'm going for summer.  I'm pooped.

The good news - I was offered an admin position through the school for next year that I can do with my eyes closed, which is fantastic.  The parental visit went great (although I had to work too much over the last four days to be really good company).  We only have 5 days left at summer_of_giles  and there are offers out by some very talented people to possibly pick up a couple of those.

It's my last break before I plunge back into the lovely world of prosthetics,  cyborgs and Tetsuo.  *deep breath*  NUM!

I can probably also take another SoG day, as long as it isn't during the week of June 8-15, and as long as it isn't too close to either of my two days (June 28th and July 29th).

thank you so much for your generous offer! However, as of today, the only open day we have is actually in your off week. Not to worry though, one day is *nothing* and we always end up having some last minute sign ups who don't realize they wanted to post until the day the sign up period is over. Thanks again though! You know I love your Giles and wouldn't hate it if you could have a bunch of days, so if inspiration strikes and you end up with more stories than you can handle (or more chapters than you'd like to post in a single day), don't hesitate to drop me a line and take one of the days that only has one person attached to it!
