Hi my friends.  Yep, you out there in LJ land and beyond.  I want to apologize, because for the last two months (or maybe even longer) I have been an absolute crap friend.  I haven't returned many phonecalls.  I haven't returned many comments.  I didn't get christmas cards out.  I have been absolutely horrible about commenting to anyone on anything, even when I've enjoyed something immensely.  I'm going to try, from this point forward, to actually be back here in the rest of life, and not just lost in school. I'm also going to wipe my inbox as clean as possible, so if I've left off in the middle of a conversation, just let me know, and I promise to pick it back up.

Because in the end, honestly, I adore every one of you, and I have missed you all, and life is not really life without friends in it.

You are working your ass off, as well as KICKING all kinds of ass, and what kind of friends would we be if we didn't understand and support that? And I'm gonna bust my ass to have something Buffy/Giles for you by Christmas time. I think I promised that to you like 23482348 weeks ago. I've been distracted by writing Xander porn, though. I'm sure you understand. :) Just remember, I've never written B/G before, so iunno how good it will be *crosses fingers*

And seriously, about buffy/giles? what if i changed that to xangel? because i know what a bitch it can be to write a pairing you haven't before, especially bout characters that are not in your usual cadre of great loves and i do love me some xangel and i know you've written that before. would i be screwing up stuff you'd already thought about? is it bad to change midstream? hell, honestly, i know how holidays can get and now I'm going to tell you - don't even worry about it if you don't get anything written. I love you in all your fantasticness period.

Okay, I am SO LATE in replying, but thank you, thank you, thank you! These are simply gorgeous -- you do such beautiful work! The LJ banner and matching icon are really lovely, dark and delicious. And the banners for Temporary make me squee and bounce around, because they're so very perfect for the mood of that story.

Thank you so much. Again, apologies for this late acknowledgment! The story banners especially are very motivating to work on Spike/Xander fics, and of course Temporary in particular. Yay!
