Have you read Kamala Visweswaran's Fictions of Feminist Ethnography? It's a terrific read in pomo style. Pomo is dense and hard to get a fingerhold into and in its thornier thickets, almost spins up its own asshole (who said I can't mix a fine metaphor..or two) but the way it delves deep into meanings and narrative/production of narratives and language, and even the way grammar is constructed is fascinating.
