Ok, the Kraft "Crumbles" commercial used EMF's "You're Unbelievable" as their theme song... but changed it to "CRUM-believable"

I know! I loathe that commercial. What's terrible is that I think I'd like the product, but I can't bring myself to buy products that have hideous commercials.

It's the first time I've seen the commercial, but I absolutely agree with you - can't buy it if the commercial makes me want to throw something at the TV. SO sad....

And they're packets of cheese that are crumbled instead of shredded, so you can have "crumbles" on your salad instead of ... shredded cheeze. I have *no* idea why they'd be popular, but hey... cheese is good in many forms, even krafty ones. But I don't think i'll be able to bring myself to buy these. Ever.

I know!! I mean, seriously, I had thought it was going to be about different kinds of cheese - like Kraft was getting into the 'goat cheese' market or something, but it's just new shape, same old cheese.

Crumbles are, apparantly, a new *shape* of cheese you can get ... you know how you get shredded cheese in a bag, and it's usually 'cheddar' or 'jack'? well, now they come in a 'crumble' form. If you're feeling bewildered at why we needed a new cheese shape, you are NOT alone.

and the song used to bug me, but for some reason it just seemed WRONG when they put it to cheese...

aware of Coupling??? For a while I was FANATIC about making sure to watch it!! Of course, that was pre-tivo, and so I actually had to remember on my own. We would make friends watch it with us, but they wouldn't quite get into it until after having seen a show or two (there are just too many inside jokes). Very aware - I loved that show!!

Do you have it on disk? If so, I am *terribly* envious! And screencapping is not to hard, although i betcha there are screencaps around somewhere ofit. Who are your favorites? I can try to make you icons if you would like...

and yep, that's *totally* what crumbly cheese is! Bizzare that they'd bag it and sell it...

Dude. That is so awesome. I have all of Coupling on DVD, yeah, SO FUNNY and BRILLIANT! Have you seen another Brit comedy called Black Books, by the way? If not you should check that out, I think if you have the same sense of humour as me you'd <3 it! (And, the same goes for you as for all my other flistians, in that if you ever want DVDs from the UK, too, I can always buy 'em and send 'em to you? I know what it is to be wanting! If you are a fan of Brit Coms then presumably they are harder to get in the states?)

My studying is mental and insane. I have an exam on the 23rd (Tuesday next week!) and then again one on the 5th June, so I have about...three more weeks of uni shit? And then I WILL BE FREE!! The June 5th exam is stupidly late and most of my friends from uni break up waaay before. Which is hefmaking!

*hugs your studious self* I know sometimes it seems worse when the freedom is right around the corner! But very even more terrible is friends getting free before you! bad!Uni! Although I have much faith you will come through with flying colors, regardless.

Oh, and I have put Black Books on my amazon wish list (this is how i remember things I want, instead of writing them down), so now the search is on for a video place in the city that might rent it!
