I'm not a huge fan of oysters unless they're kilpatrick (cooked with Worstershire sauce and bacon, and yes, I know people will roll their eyes at me for it) and even then I like them small. It's textural, I think. I am, however, a huge fan of unagi, prepared however chef would like to prepare it. We generally order at least two plates each when we go for sushi. So tasty. :D :D (I forget most of the Japanese names for the other things I like, but I do know I prefer nigiri or sashimi to ship/rolls.)
