Awww, aren't they lovely. Brings all my Xander love back, that young face and thick black wavy hair. And Giles so young too. Look at that silk paisley scarf he's got round his neck, so Anglo-Indian. Excellent pics, Kate.
I know... part of me feels a little funny for going back to the beginning (just because the age differences are so palpable then) but OH the young Xander! And the young and oh-so-buttoned up Giles. Glad you enjoyed, dear one!

That's exactly what I was thinking. I always set Giles/Xander stories with Xander in his twenties to steer clear of the underage thing, but man, he was so lovely then.
And your pretty picspams are the prettiest, spammiest, most awesomest thing I've seen in a while, srsly.
And, yes, it is my birthday! My friends are getting ready to take me out on a pub crawl, which is pretty odd, considering I don't much drink. :P *hugshugshugs*
Wow, these are *gorgeous.* The colors are beautiful.
After you get to season seven, you've forgotten just how *pretty* Xander was in the first and second seasons. Clear, soft-looking skin, big expressive dark eyes, the interesting shape of his mouth and that thick, wavy mop of almost-black hair. Such a pretty boy.
And Giles. *Hummina.* Incredible jawline, wonderful cheekbones, beautiful green-grey eyes, the hair that looks like it would be curly if he let it. He almost always was serious, but when he smiled, it was so warm and charming. Wowsers. Why he didn't have people following him around all the time is beyond me. :-)

this is SO true. Part of teh reason why I really like going back to the beginning - they all look so fresh and young, and I agree with Joss (from one of the episode commentaries) that Xander was just too handsome to play the geek, but he did it well.
And Giles! This is also why I love going back to the beginning - such great num. And he did, after all, have two incredibly stunning women follow him around a bit in cannon - Jenny & Olivia saw the hotness for sure. :D
