i had to take a break from...being informed, lol, i guess is the only way to put it. it just pissed me off too much. and goddamn if i don't still get emails from change.org and places like that that confront me directly with their goddamn concise subject lines. when i was in school it was easy to stay up to date and not go crazy because i could just talk out my frustration in class, but now i think i might actually gooooo craaaaazy.

there is this one person at work though, that is an walking ron paul campaign commercial, and she will bring it up at the most random times. (like seriously, "did you finish stocking the front?" "yep. do you know ron paul's stance on immigration, it's super interesting!") i am very close to saying something inappropriately confrontational.

also i remember back when slash was just this Thing That People On Livejournal Did. i think deep down i knew i would always become one of those people.
